Scott Edward Cole
is a multidisciplinary artist
who lives and works
in the Berkshire hills
of Massachusetts
His work, of late,
has manifested itself
in song, paint, and written word.
He has made his home
in a rambling old brick farmhouse,
perched stoically
on the banks of a mill pond.
There, in his home studio,
he has been quietly crafting
collections of new music compositions.
He can be found
quite often as well
in his second studio,
fashioned from a suite
of fin-de-siecle offices,
where he has been working
on assemblages, and large-scale,
abstract oil paintings.
Scott is also the proprietor
of Caffe Pomo d'Oro, a bustling
European style caffe and bakery
in the town of West Stockbridge.
Now in it's sixteenth year,
the caffe crafts simple fare
from local sources to guests
from near and far, under the eaves
of a reclaimed train station.
